Specific defect reports
These reports are provided for variety of needs and can relate to any element of the building which is the subject of the clients concern.
Common examples include, defects caused by building contractors when extending or altering a house, storm damage and disputes involving damage to a property caused by neighbours.
New build property defect reports commonly known as “snagging lists”.
Almost invariably newly constructed houses are handed over to the purchaser with a number of defects and examples of poor workmanship. We provide comprehensive Surveying services designed to identify these defects and shortcomings. As part of the service we can liaise with the building contractor concerned to resolve these issues.
